Who we are
Pet Travel Advisor ("we") operates this site and the assistant Mila. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@pettraveladvisor.com.
What we collect and why
- Chat messages. Everything you write to Mila and her answers are stored so our team can improve the knowledge base and, if you ask, follow up on your trip. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and improving the service.
- Contact details. Your name, email or phone, pet and route are stored only after you agree inside the chat. We use them to send you the checklist you asked for. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical data. IP address and request logs for security and abuse prevention, kept for 30 days.

We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Who sees your data
Our team, and the infrastructure providers that host the service under data-processing agreements. Your messages are processed by our own language-model server; they are not used to train third-party models. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Conversations without contact details: 12 months. Leads (contact details you agreed to share): until your trip is over and at most 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing privacy@pettraveladvisor.com with the email or phone number you shared. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
